Charter School Principal

The Principal is instrumental in advancing the mission of Pattison's Academy in Charleston, SC. Reporting to the Chief Programming Officer, this individual not only fosters a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration within the organization but also acts as an ambassador in liaising with Board leadership. As an essential component of the leadership team, the Principal ensures that educational services are seamlessly integrated into Pattison's Academy's overarching objectives and strategic plan. Additionally, this role drives the direction of our charter school model, ensuring every child receives the highest quality of care and support as part of Pattison’s Academy’s holistic and integrated system of care.

Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of Pattison’s Academy by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized health services to students. Reporting to the Chief Programming Officer, the RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health care for students attending our charter school and summer camp programs.

Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse is pivotal in supporting the mission of Pattison’s Academy. Reporting to the Chief Programming Officer, this position is primarily responsible for supporting the medical needs of the children who attend our charter school and summer camp programs.

Teaching Assistant

Pattison’s Academy Charter School currently has openings for a teacher’s assistant for the 2025-2026 school year. The teacher assistant is pivotal in supporting the mission of Pattison’s Academy. Reporting to the Principal, this position works closely with the special education teacher to support the learning environment for children with multiple disabilities in grades PreK–12+. Our interdisciplinary model offers seamless education, medical, and therapy services within the classroom environment, providing our children with every opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
